SUBMISSIONS FOR THE PDF MAGAZINE ARE CLOSED
SuperMassiveBlackHole is pleased to announce a new open call for work to be included in the next NEW FRONTIERS issue, due for release in 2017.
While the PDF magazine has been in deep sleep, life support systems are coming back online, and it is time to see what is out there. Where is the unusual, the dangerous, the strange and the alien?
For this theme, the only requirement is your originality.
5 Jpg files from a single body of work. 300 dpi and at least 1200 pixels on widest side. Do not send portfolios.
Project statement no more than 400 words. Biography no more than 200 words.
We are also interested in writing on photography: reviews of an exhibition, book or website. Writing should not exceed 1000 words. Include a biography of no mare than 200 words.
Please LABEL your images with the correct TITLES (images with no titles will be labelled ‘untitled’) and include a website address if you have one, as well as your country of residence.
If you want your work featured on our blog just send a link in an email to your project on your personal website. Please include “Blog Submission” in the subject line of your email.
For photobook submissions we only review individual books sent to us. Send an email with “Book Submission’ in the subject line.
Due to the high volume of submissions we can only notify successful candidates of publication.
